Participation of your child/yourself or your guests is your acceptance of that risk,on their behalf. Junior Goals soccer will not accept liability for the injury.

 

 

·       ONLINE CLASS WAIVER:

 By clicking on any of our Online Junior Goals session links, you are acknowledging and agreeing that:

 

1) Your child has gained your permission to be online.

 2) That, where possible, you will ensure Zoom devices are located in a communal space like a living room/ outdoor area where an adult is present for the class, and so you can make sure that they are using the internet responsibly, and only on Zoom.

 3) The sharing of this invitation and password is strictly forbidden. This is due to the fact that it is a paid service, and also so that we can monitor who is on the classes. We have an online attendance, and will be calling a roll at the beginning of each class.

4) Please note that the material in this video is copyright and has not been approved for sharing, or for third party recordings.  Sharing of the classes and zoom links and passwords are strictly forbidden.

 5) Your child participates in these online classes at their own risk.  You understand that although rare, injury may occur.  Junior Goals Soccer will not be held responsible for any injury that may occur to your child during the class.

 6) These zoom meetings are being closely monitored by Junior Goals admin and have strict safety platforms built in. Each class will be recorded and archived for child safety purposes.

 7) Please make sure you have at least two metres clear space around you, that the floor is clear of any objects or spills, and the surface is appropriate to play on. 

 

 

Please note Terms and Conditions of Direct Debit.

  • 1 cent pre-authorisation amount will be debited from your account. This will be returned between 5-10 days.
  • Payment will be debited every week.
  • This option Is only available for terms longer than 7 weeks.
  • You must give a minimum of 2 weeks notice, before opting to cancel anymore ongoing payments. Please Contact us advising you would like to opt out.
  • Public Holidays are calculated already and therefore not charged.
  • If you are going away for a period of 2 weeks or longer, prior to booking, please advise and we can reduce payments for 2 weeks.
  • Once the direct debit is in place, this can not be amended/changed, therefore NO REFUNDS will be given if your child is sick/ away, however make up sessions are welcome if available to you – please Contact us for session details.
